What you see there is like a family center, arcade, mall, and a toyota showcase rolled into one complex

it's good, but the band of focus is a little small, too much of the picture is blurred, which is a shame cos I like detail - but then, subjective subject and all :)

interesting though, very colourful - yay japan!

in photoshop. you use a quick mask with a gradient tool, then combine the gradient tool with a lens blur. i am also working on building a lens attachment that will achieve this effect as well :)
